Preparation record

The first preparation invocation stopped before experiment creation or registration: the ordinary account could not create a child of the protected experiments directory. No trajectory, credit calculation or conditional replay was executed. The fix provisions only the new, empty Phase 4AL directory with the ordinary account as owner; preparation permits an absent or empty directory but still refuses any populated experiment. No old directory permission is changed. This is an execution-environment correction, not a scientific change.

Local synthetic tests initially had no Torch installation and explicitly skipped the Torch arithmetic comparison. Server testing includes this comparison and preparation rejects skipped tests.
