80 existing records; PN events/counts/final states exact; eight fixture histories exact; twelve repeats exact. No new brain experiment, tuning, training, GPU, or learning candidate.

Graded-APL cumulative source shares are descriptive, not causal or error-bounded majority claims. Prior CAL failure remains unchanged. Frozen integrity passed; five reference simulations were not rerun.
