唯一正式全脑连接组输入：datasets/male-cns-v1.0/processed/neuron-only/。

上表是已经封存的项目契约，不是本次重新计算的结果；以原 Phase 3B 审计、schema 和 manifest 为权威依据。正式 Cell 论文神经元总数为 166,700、types 11,710；与本地 raw 字符串统计不一致时保留版本/定义差异。

不得由 SWC 文件总数推断 neuron coverage；需用 canonical body_id 做集合连接。不得改动 raw 以匹配论文。本项目没有下载原始 EM 图像。所有新增解释字段与原始 neurotransmitter 字段分离。
