+主手册覆盖系列设定、跨集状态、剧本与分镜、角色和场景资产、生成工作流、声音、逐镜质检、剪辑交付，以及 ComfyUI 的节点、模型、LoRA、采样参数、显存与故障排查。

+仓库管理的是上述文档与检查记录。模型权重、训练数据、视频素材和自动生成系统代码不属于本仓库的交付内容。

+## 建议阅读顺序
+
+1. 先看主手册第 **1、3、7、12** 节，了解从立项到第一集的完整路径。
+2. 再看第 **8、9、10** 节，理解 ComfyUI、LoRA、参数与常见故障。
+3. 准备制作多集时，重点看第 **4、6、11** 节，建立连续性、资产和版本记录。
+4. 核查依据时，查第 **16** 节的来源清单及 `research/` 中的三份研究笔记。
+
+## 如何理解资料边界
+

+| 公开资料事实 | 来自出品方、官方技术文档或原论文；只陈述来源明确披露的信息 |
+| 自拟制作 SOP | 根据制作需求归纳的推荐步骤、表格和验收方法，不能当作案例剧组公开的内部原版流程 |
+| 本机实测 | 仅对应记录中的 H3 工程、模型组合、参数和成片；其他模型、硬件、跨集角色或更高分辨率需要另测 |

+本地案例中的三部两分钟短剧是独立故事。它们可以说明制作与检查方法，不能单独证明同一人物跨多集已经稳定。
+
+## 本机工程链接
+
+主手册与研究笔记保留了 `F:/AI视频项目/...` 形式的本机工程链接。这些链接指向原制作电脑上的成片、工作流和审核记录，相关文件没有随文档仓库打包。
+
+在其他电脑阅读或复用时，请将这类链接改为自己的项目路径；公开网页来源与仓库内部相对链接可分别按原地址和当前目录访问。
+
+## 文本约定
+
+- 文本文件使用 **UTF-8** 编码，换行采用 **LF**。
+- `.gitattributes` 负责文本换行规范，不使用编码转换过滤器。
+- `.gitignore` 排除媒体成片、模型权重、缓存、虚拟环境和密钥文件，保留 Markdown 与普通 JSON 检查记录。
+- 当前未添加 `LICENSE` 文件。
